Peter P. Frunzi, Jr. Esq. 

 

    Peter P. Frunzi, Jr. has been practicing in Monmouth County, N.J. since 1966. During his years of practice Mr. Frunzi has served as the municipal attorney for Middletown Township, the Zoning Board attorney for Sea Bright Borough and has appeared before many of the Planning and Zoning Boards in the county on applications for site plan and subdivision approval. He has closed title on several thousand parcels of real estate both residential and commercial for buyers and sellers. In addition to his real estate practice Mr. Frunzi represents many small businesses including corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and proprietorships which have between one and fifty employees. He has experience with all the intricate problems of such business operations and has assisted many clients in finding their way through the maze of regulation. He also has extensive experience in consumer fraud cases and civil contract cases in the N.J. Superior Court and the U.S. District Court, as well as the N.J. Appellate Division and Supreme Court.

 

 

Rebecca A. Scarborough, Esq

    Rebecca A. Scarborough has been practicing in Monmouth County, N.J. since 1987. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Ms. Scarborough represents clients in family matters such as divorce, custody issues, domestic violence cases and adoptions. She represents clients in employment discrimination and harassment cases. She also represents buyers and sellers of residential real estate, and she drafts wills for the firm’s clients. Ms. Scarborough regularly appears in the courts of Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Essex and Union Counties as well as the Appellate Division of Superior Court. Ms. Scarborough has also represented clients who choose to use mediation as a path to divorce. She has participated in a number of public programs for local organizations where she has spoken about issues relating to divorce, custody and mediation.
