Frunzi & Scarborough is a general practice law firm. We concentrate on specific areas of the law which include residential and commercial real estate purchases and sales, family law matters, employment discrimination, representation of small businesses, land development, site plans and subdivisions, wills and estates and civil litigation in contract and consumer actions.
Working together, we have represented several non-profit organizations, such as the Monmouth County Arts Council, and individual clients on a pro bono basis. We believe that all lawyers have an obligation to assist those who cannot afford their help in serious matters. In many civil actions we will accept contingency fee arrangements if the client has a meritorious position and cannot afford to pay legal fees.
The office of Frunzi & Scarborough is open during usual business hours Monday through Friday. We often make appointments to see clients in the evenings if necessary. Many of our clients have been with us for many years. We feel the highest compliment a client can pay us is to continue to use the services of the firm over a long period of time. We encourage our clients to resolve their disputes, where possible, without resorting to prolonged and expensive litigation. Our goal is to provide quality legal services in our fields of law.
